Product description
The QC type 16/3.2 - 32/5-ton auxiliary hook electromagnetic bridge crane is a device that uses electromagnets to handle steel materials. The main component of an electromagnetic crane is the electromagnet. When the current is connected, the electromagnet firmly attracts the steel items and lifts them to the designated place. When the current is cut off, the magnetism disappears and the steel items are released.
Structure
Electromagnetic cranes can generate a powerful magnetic field force. Steel plates, wires, nails, scrap iron and other various iron materials can be collected and transported conveniently without being packed, bundled or tied. Not only is the operation less strenuous, but the work is also simplified. Steel materials and machines in wooden boxes can also be transported in the same way. When the crane is working, as long as the current in the electromagnet coil does not stop, the lifted heavy objects will not fall. The invisible magnetic force is more reliable than strong chains. If the power is cut off for some reason, an accident may occur. Therefore, some electromagnetic cranes are equipped with steel claws. After the heavy objects to be transported are lifted, the strong steel claws will automatically fall down and tightly grip them. Electromagnetic cranes cannot lift hot iron blocks because hot steel cannot be magnetized. Large electromagnetic cranes can lift nearly 100 tons of heavy objects at once.
When the electromagnetic crane loses power during operation and the lifted items may fall and cause harm, it must be ensured that the electromagnetic suction disc is powered. Therefore, the lifting electromagnet of the electromagnetic crane should be powered by the circuit.

Application
Electromagnetic cranes are very convenient to use, but they can only be used with an electric current. They can be applied in scrap steel recycling departments and steel-making workshops, etc. The electromagnetic crane can lift steel plates, wires, nails, scrap iron and other various iron materials.
