Technical Parameter
Structure
The working principle of the double girder hook gantry crane is similar to that of the bridge crane. It mainly achieves the lateral movement, longitudinal alignment, lifting and lowering of the load, as well as transfer and lowering of the load through the main travel mechanism, auxiliary travel mechanism and lifting mechanism.
The specific process is as follows:
Lateral movement: The running mechanism of the crane drives the entire machine to move laterally along the factory track, bringing the lifting trolley to the position above the load.
Longitudinal alignment: The lifting trolley moves longitudinally along the main beam track, ensuring that the hook precisely aligns with the lifting point of the load.
Load lifting: The hoist mechanism's winch rotates, using the steel wire rope to lower the hook. After that, the hook rotates in the opposite direction to lift the load to a safe height.
Transfer and lowering: Through the movement of the main and auxiliary trolleys again, the load is transferred to the target position, and then slowly lowered to the designated location, completing one operation cycle.
Case
Application
The double girder hook gantry crane is suitable for various scenarios that require efficient and flexible material handling, such as:
Factory workshop: Used for transporting heavy machinery and assembling components of construction equipment.
Warehouse: Used for storing and extracting goods.
Port: Used for loading and unloading as well as transferring containers.
Construction industry: Used for transporting and installing construction materials.
