Product description
Electromagnetic overhead crane basically has the same structure with grab bridge crane except that there is a electromagnetic sucker suspended on the hook, which caters to metal and magnetic property goods transferring works. It is usually used to lift black metal and its generated goods by the control of high voltage and high current circuit with low-voltage and low current, which has small electric shock risk coefficient.

Structure
Electromagnetic overhead crane mainly consists of five parts, which are the bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, small car, electrical equipment and electromagnetic disk. All the lifting works are finished in the operation cabin, and it is also equipped with rain-proof equipment to guarantee the smooth operation and protect double girder magnetic crane from getting damaged in rainy days.
It has convenient operation and control cabin, and it is easy for users to accomplish the whole lifting works. The main advantages of electromagnetic crane are high efficiency, high safety standard and easy operation.
Case
Application
Electromagnetic overhead crane is often equipped with removable electromagnetic disk, which is suitable for the loading and unloading of heavy duty magnetic properties, such as steel ingot, steel, iron etc. It can work well in all kinds of indoor or outdoor machinery factory, warehouse and workshops, which basically belongs to heavy duty lifting equipment.
