Successfully Passed the Baowu Project Expert Group's A-Inspection

Recently, the cranes manufactured by our company(Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd.) for Baosteel and Wuhan Steel projects under China Baowu Steel Group have successfully passed the Expert Group Grade A-Inspection. This achievement once again demonstrates the high recognition of Henan Mine’s intelligent manufacturing innovations by our clients.

These cranes are primarily deployed for the renovation and upgrading of a Baowu Group production base. All cranes are equipped with PLC + frequency conversion + anti-sway control systems and are pre-designed with interfaces for future unmanned intelligent upgrades. The hoisting and trolley traveling mechanisms adopt a redundant design with one active and one standby frequency converter, significantly enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

During the three-day A-Inspection, an expert team comprising representatives from Baosteel, Wuhan Steel, Ouyeel Industrial Products Co., Ltd., Baosteel Technology Service Co., Ltd., Dalian Baoxin Crane Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jinyi Testing Technology Co., Ltd. conducted the acceptance review of the metallurgical slab clamping cranes and electromagnetic beam overhead cranes manufactured by our company.

Since establishing a strategic partnership with Baowu Group in 2014, Henan Mine has supplied a total of 1,275 sets of lifting equipment, providing comprehensive lifting solutions and technical support for various Baowu production bases.
