The single girder gantry crane is engineered for heavy duty outdoor operations, equipped with CD/MD electric hoists as standard. It’s mainly used for workshops, warehouses, storage yards, railways and other industry. It’s modular design comprising a main girder, rigid legs, flexible legs, crane traveling mechanisms, and a hoist trolley, which ensuring rapid installation and flexible scalability.

I. Our single girder gantry crane system comprises five core components:

II. Frame Design Features

1. Box-section single girder with dual supporting legs.

2. L-shaped configuration formed by legs and lower cross beam.

3. Integrated cantilevers on both sides for enhanced cross-span material handling.

4. Superior load transfer capability from main span to cantilever zones.

III. Lifting Trolley:

1. Side-suspended design with hoisting gear mounted on the girder’s side.

2. ≤20t: Vertical anti-rolling wheels with two support points.

3. >20t: Horizontal anti-rolling wheels with three support points.
