Recently, 108 sets of high-end intelligent cranes specially designed by Henan Mine Crane for a certain national strategic storage center of Yancheng Port have been fully put into use. They have become the key equipment support for the intelligent upgrade of this storage center. All of these cranes are equipped with intelligent interfaces, supporting remote monitoring, fault warning and intelligent scheduling functions, providing a solid guarantee for realizing the full-process unmanned operation of the storage operations.
As an important infrastructure for the construction of intelligent logistics systems, this warehouse center has extremely high requirements for the stability, intelligence level and full life cycle services of lifting equipment. Henan Mines, relying on its independently developed intelligent control system, has endowed the cranes with capabilities such as real-time data collection, visible operating status, and self-diagnosis of faults, effectively improving the efficiency and safety of warehouse operations. At the same time, the openness and compatibility of the equipment interfaces have laid the foundation for subsequent integration into the factory's intelligent management platform and the realization of digital twin operation and maintenance.
The successful implementation of this project is another achievement of Henan Mine Crane continuous deepening in the field of intelligent lifting. In recent years, the enterprise has actively promoted the integration of "manufacturing and services", gradually building a complete chain capability from intelligent equipment research and development, system integration to operation and maintenance services. It has been applied on a large scale in multiple national-level logistics hubs and intelligent manufacturing parks.
