The hook overhead crane is a widely used lifting machine which mainly consists of a box-shaped bridge frame, a hoisting trolley, a traveling mechanism for the large vehicle and an electrical control system. The lifting device is a hook. The Double Girder Overhead Crane(QE) is equipped with 2 trolleys which can work simultaneously or separately.

Structure
Main Girder
With strong box type and standard camber, there have reinforcement plate inside the main girder. Material of high quality carbon steel Q235B and Q345B.
End carriage
Use rectangular tube manufacturing module, butter motor drive, with roller bearings and lubrication.
Trolley
It is with heavy capacity and high working class. It is developed specifically for lifting that requires accurate and smooth movement.
Wheel
Equipped with high quality forged or casting wheel, which will have be heat treated to ensure wheels’ performance.
Hook block
The hook block is composed of sheaves, hooks and latch, 360 degree rotating. The hook is forged and single hook and double hook is available.

Application
The QE type hook bridge crane is suitable for lifting long materials in workshop or open warehouse in industrial and mining industries, such as wood, paper tube, pipe and bar etc.
