Henan Mining successfully passed the A-level inspection for the project's cranes by the crane experts from Baowu Group.

Recently, the henan mine crane lifting equipment specially manufactured by Henan Mine Crane for the Baowu Group's Baosteel and Wuhan Steel projects successfully passed the A-level inspection by the expert panel. The successful completion of this inspection indicates that Henan Mining's innovative strength and product quality in the field of intelligent lifting equipment have once again received high recognition from customers.

This batch of cranes is mainly used for the renovation and upgrading project of a certain production base of Baowu Group. The entire machine adopts an advanced solution of "PLC control + variable frequency speed regulation + anti-shake control", and reserves an interface for unmanned intelligent upgrade. In the lifting and trolley running systems, the equipment innovatively adopts a redundant design of one in use and one as backup for the frequency converter, significantly improving the reliability of equipment operation and work efficiency.

During the three-day A inspection process, a joint expert team composed of the project teams from Baosteel and Wuhan Steel, EuYue Industrial Products, China Metallurgical Baosteel, Dalian Baixin Hoisting, and Shanghai Jinyi Testing, etc., conducted a comprehensive and systematic inspection of the metallurgical slab clamp crane and electromagnetic beam bridge crane manufactured by Henan Mini Crane.

The expert team carefully reviewed all the technical data and test reports of the equipment, and conducted on-site tests to verify the equipment's operating status. All the inspection items met the requirements of the A inspection outline, and the key indicators reached national standards. The overall technical level was appraised by the expert team as "domestically advanced". The company's comprehensive quality control system and stable product quality were unanimously affirmed by the expert team.
