Henan Mine Cranes Successfully Pass the A-Inspection of Baosteel Project

Recently, the double-hook hanging girder portal crane customized by Henan Mine Crane for a certain project of Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel was successfully passed the A-level acceptance by the expert group. This crane adopts a PLC + frequency converter control system, achieving smooth speed regulation and precise positioning, significantly improving the operation efficiency; it is equipped with a safety monitoring system and a CMS equipment status monitoring system, featuring real-time operation status monitoring and abnormal warning functions, and has reserved interfaces for unmanned operation upgrades, fully meeting the intelligent manufacturing upgrade needs of Baosteel.

This successful A inspection would not have been possible without the efficient collaboration between Henan Mines and Ouyue Industrial Products. As the purchasing unit for the entire machine and supporting components of Baosteel project, Ouyue Industrial Products provided comprehensive support in terms of supporting procurement and quality control. Henan Mines formed a large project breakthrough team with Li Jie, a national model worker, as the core. Facing tight schedules, strict standards, and complex supporting requirements, they optimized processes, detailed divisions of labor, and concentrated efforts to compress the originally tight production cycle to be completed two months ahead of the original plan, meeting the delivery conditions, fully demonstrating the "mine speed" and "mine quality".

This A-level inspection was jointly conducted by experts from Baosteel Zhanjiang Project Team, Ouyue Industrial Products, Dalian Baixin Hoisting, and Shanghai Jinyi Testing. It took two days to complete the comprehensive inspection. The expert team carefully reviewed all the records such as self-inspection reports, material reports, and flaw detection reports, and conducted power-on tests on the crane's lifting, trolley running mechanisms, and electrical systems. All inspection items met the requirements of the A-level inspection outline and relevant national standards. The company's quality control system and the actual product quality received unanimous praise from the experts.
