HENAN, China – April 29, 2026 – The LH electric hoist double girder overhead crane offers a practical, space saving solution for medium to heavy lifting in workshops, warehouses, repair bays, and power stations. Combining a double box girder bridge with a fixed electric wire rope hoist (CD1, MD1, or custom), the LH series delivers high rigidity, low deadweight, and simplified maintenance.
The LH crane is built for versatility. Lifting capacities range from 1 ton to 63 tons, spans from 7.5 m to 31.5 m, and lifting heights from 6 m to 18 m (customizable). Duty class: A3–A5, suitable for low to medium frequency use at ambient temperatures of −25°C to +40°C. Crane travel speed: 20–45 m/min; hoist travel: 20–30 m/min. Power supply: 380V/50Hz (60Hz or other voltages available for export). Optional variable frequency drives (VFD) enable smooth, stepless speed control and reduce load swing.
Compared to traditional open winch double girder cranes, the LH design lowers overall height, cuts electricity use by 15–25%, and simplifies spare parts inventory thanks to modular components.
Each LH crane includes overload alarms, anti two block protection, emergency brakes, limit switches, thermal motor protection, and grounding. Operation modes: ground pendant, wireless remote, or cab.
