At the start of the country's 15th Five-Year Plan period, Henan Mine Crane has delivered another remarkable achievement on the heels of a strong "New Year's Day" opening, with orders exceeding 400 million RMB. Upholding independent innovation and achieving import substitution, Henan Mine Crane has designed and customized a batch of automated mold handling cranes for a renowned domestic automobile manufacturing company, to be used in the client's stamping workshop.



Technical Advantages
These lifting cranes feature automatic positioning, WCS management, zone protection, and safety obstacle avoidance. Working in tandem with specialized lifting attachments, they enable efficient automated mold transfer and management within the workshop.
The crane offers three operation modes—control room, mobile PA, and remote control—ensuring safety, convenience, and high efficiency.
The specialized lifting attachments can extend along the X and Y axes and rotate along the Z axis. Combined with the crane's travel mechanism, they achieve six-axis bidirectional movement, accommodating a wide variety of mold specifications.
Equipped with an anti-sway function during operation and integrated with high-precision servo control of the lifting attachments, the system achieves millimeter-level positioning accuracy.
The electrical control system incorporates advanced features such as laser anti-collision protection, light curtain zone protection, video monitoring, and 3D visual digital twins, providing real-time safety assurance for crane operations.
